• Bring with you a list of your medical history and medication along with any diagnostic examinations and referral forms that you may have.
   

• Wear loose pants or shorts to make clinical examination easier.
   

• Bring with you 2-3 pairs of shoes which you use in your daily activities, as they may help the diagnosis.
